TASLEEM CMS is a construction and industrial project completion management platform. It helps authorized project teams organize system and sub-system records, inspection and test records, punch lists, approval workflows, dossiers, certificates, and handover information. This page explains how information may be processed when you visit our public website or use an authorized workspace.
Information we handle
Depending on how you use the service, this may include account names and email addresses, authentication information, project and system identifiers, assigned roles, approval decisions, timestamps, uploaded documents, attachments, and system activity records. The website or its hosting and security services may also process technical data such as IP addresses, device and browser information, and request logs.
How information is used
We process information to provide authenticated access, organize project completion records, route reviews and approvals, send transactional notifications, maintain audit trails, troubleshoot issues, and protect the service from misuse. We do not claim to use project documentation for advertising or to sell project records.
Project owners and authorized users
Project data is entered or managed by authorized users on behalf of their organization or project. The project owner or designated administrator determines what information should be uploaded, who needs access, and what contractual, confidentiality, retention, or regulatory requirements apply. Do not upload confidential or restricted client information unless your organization has approved the platform and the intended data handling.
Service providers and notifications
TASLEEM CMS uses service providers for application hosting, database and authentication services, and transactional email delivery. These may include Lovable-hosted application infrastructure, Supabase-based services, and Resend for email notifications. Approval emails may include the recipient's address, an approval summary, and a link to the relevant signed-in workspace. Infrastructure or recipient systems may process data in regions outside your own country; organization-specific data-location requirements must be checked before onboarding a project.
Cookies and local storage
Authentication and session features may store essential information in the browser to keep you signed in and support normal application functions. Hosting, security, or third-party authentication services may use their own required technical cookies. This page does not claim that optional tracking is active or that all browsers receive identical cookies.
Security and access
TASLEEM CMS uses HTTPS, authenticated application areas, and access-control mechanisms intended to restrict sensitive project workflows. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Customers should assess authorization, contractual safeguards, data handling, and deployment readiness before using the service for confidential or regulated projects.
Retention and deletion
Records may be retained for the duration of the relevant workspace or project, and longer where operational, contractual, security, or legal obligations apply. No universal deletion deadline is represented here. For access, correction, export, or deletion requests relating to project data, contact the administrator responsible for your project workspace.
Privacy questions and requests
If you are an authorized project user, contact your organization's designated TASLEEM CMS project administrator for questions about the data held in your workspace. A dedicated public privacy-enquiries contact channel has not yet been published. Requests requiring formal contractual or regulatory review should be referred to the appropriate project owner.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product, hosting arrangements, or applicable obligations change. The date above identifies the current published version.
